My experience with gateway transfer service was awesome. Their agent Daniel was very helpful, he was keen on finding me a transfer with my budget, his response to my queries was quick from start to finish. Well done and thank you Daniel for giving me a good service.

They were fab, guy waiting with a name sign. Just sat for 10 mins then escorted to the parking bay, the guy pushed our bags, they were all very polite. Lovely vehicle with full leather interior and smooth ride, which took 45 mins in total. 25 to get to the hotel and the rest to get to the other side of the road lol. Highly recommend

Excellent service, my flight was delayed upon arrival and they kindly made alternate arrangements. Communication was easy either email, sms or website chat. Someone always responded. Return to the Airport, our driver Tony was very much on time and efficient. I would highly recommend this company.

Had an issue with my paperwork, I emailled Gateway office. I got a call back from Gavin within 5 minutes of sending my mesage. Gavin was very helpful and professional, he dealt with my query quickly and efficiently.

Just used your online chat booking a tranfer and have to say Gavin sorted out my questions straight away he was a great help :-) hence I have now booked my transfer with your company! Cheers Gavin
